The sizes of vintage clothing vary drastically from decade to decade and are not equivalent to modern sizing. Therefore we recommend using our measurements to ensure that the item will fit you. Our estimated sizes are simply guidelines of the approximate equivalent in modern size and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate.
Please note that on rare occasions we pin items to the model when they are too large to show an ideal fit. If we do so, this will be noted in the item description.
